ORDERFLOWERS.US is a member of the Teleflora, and Independent Florist’s Association Wire Services. These memberships allow us to provide quality floral delivery nationwide and worldwide.
Delivery Policy and International Orders
A $7.25 minimum delivery fee will apply to every order. The fee may vary depending on the delivery area. We also require a $4.50 service fee on all orders.
U.S.A. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient’s time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will always try to accommodate deliveries at specific times of days, however, we cannot guarantee timed deliveries.
We are unable to guarantee Sunday delivery. Deliveries requested for Sunday will be delivered the following business day.
Rural route or cemetery deliveries cannot be guaranteed.
International orders should be called into our call center at (800) 822-3845. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet. Please note, there are additional fee’s associated with orders outside of the United States and Canada. Our staff will be happy to assist you in sending your floral arrangement worldwide.

All orders must have the senders name, address and phone number on the invoice.

Anonymous Card messages are allowed to go on the order with the understanding that we will release the senders name upon request.
We will not deliver any item that was not purchased at Spedale’s Florist.
We will not delivery money included with an order.
We will not deliver alcohol based products or beverages
If we are delivering a personal item (vase, basket) which was brought in by the customer, the sender must sign a release that Spedale’s is not responsible for item brought in.

Spedale’s Florist, Inc. reserves the right to change, add to, modify, or create any old or new Delivery Policy at any time without the requirement of public notice. The acceptance of an order for delivery on a Spedale’s Florist, Inc vehicle is solely at the discretion of the management of Spedale’s.
