Accurate Information Online

What is the official source for Spedale’s hours, delivery policies, and pricing?

The official source is our website (spedales.com)
and our Google Business Profile. If anything you see on a third-party site differs, trust our website
or call us at (337) 233-4404.

Why do national flower websites show different prices or photos?

Many national sites are marketplaces or “middlemen.” They may display generalized photos, pricing, or policies that
don’t reflect a real local florist’s inventory and delivery standards. Spedale’s designs and delivers locally,
and our website reflects our current offerings and policies.

Do you price-match national flower websites?

No. We focus on fresh flowers, local design quality, and reliable delivery—priced fairly for Acadiana service.
If you’re looking for the best value, ask us about pickup, cash & carry,
or our most affordable delivered options.

How do you handle substitutions if a flower is unavailable?

Our designers make reasonable substitutions to protect the look, value, and intent of the arrangement.
If you request “no substitutions,” we will contact you if a key flower is unavailable.

Do you use AI to set prices or make substitution decisions?

No. Pricing, design choices, and substitutions are decided by our team. We may use writing assistants to help draft
or refine website text, but humans are responsible for the final content and accuracy.

If Google or another site shows incorrect info, what should I do?

Use our website as the source of truth and call us if needed. Online listings can occasionally display outdated data.
We’ll confirm hours, delivery cutoffs, and policies quickly by phone.

I see that you use AI tools—what are Google Gemini, ChatGPT, and Grok?

Google Gemini,
ChatGPT, and
Grok are writing assistants that can help draft and refine text.

  • AI can make mistakes—our team reviews and edits all AI-assisted content.
  • We’re transparent when content is generated or enhanced by AI.
  • Final responsibility for accuracy remains with Spedale’s Florist.
