Yes. Choose pickup at checkout—we also offer curbside pickup.

Can I order today and have it delivered today?

We can leave by request, using our best judgment for weather and location safety.

Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?

We aim to match the photo. Due to availability, reasonable substitutions may be needed. You can request “no substitutions” at checkout and we’ll contact you if needed.

Will you contact the recipient?

Sometimes (e.g., apartments, university housing, outer-area deliveries, or address issues). Each order is unique; we reserve the right to contact when necessary.

Can you deliver at a specific time to a funeral?

We prioritize funeral pieces before visitation/service. For early visitations, we may deliver during visitation; family pieces (e.g., casket spray) come first.

Do you offer promo codes?

Occasionally. We’ll post active offers on our site or send them to email subscribers. Our focus is fair everyday pricing.

Do you donate flowers for non-profits?

We don’t offer free floral donations. Submit a request at spedales.com/page/donation to explore pricing support. We don’t donate to individuals/individual causes.
