created a large standing floral arrangement that was nothing less than breathtakingly gorgeous.

I ordered from Spedales on behalf of my boss for a friend in the area, and the flowers are beautiful. Sandy was wonderful and very helpful over the phone as I am in NYC, and I must say the customer service at Spedales is much better than any florist in the city. They provided us with timed tracking and photos before delivery, which was a nice touch.

I have to begin by saying I hardly ever leave reviews! My very special uncle passed away last week. Residing in Chicago and due to Covid 19, I sadly could not attend the funeral. Along with my sisters, we called Spedale's and asked to speak to the designer, who is Sandy. Sandy took the time to talk to us and listen to our suggestions and concerns resulting in a spectacular floral arrangement! Everyone said it was absolutely gorgeous! I want to thank Sandy for listening to us and creating an arrangement that was as beautiful as we imagined.

I just want to say a big thank you to Mr. Tom! I wanted to get my wife some flowers and he went above and beyond to produce the perfect arrangement for me. Not only that, but he blessed me with a free piece of candy for my 2 1/2-year-old daughter with a balloon! I’m telling you folks, I’m happy to know that there are still small business owners out there that care about their customers and give you their personal touch!

I had tried another florist in Lafayette, and was very disappointed. The balloon bouquet never got delivered, even after numerous calls to their 1877 number. I could never speak to a member of Ava’s flowers. I finally cancelled the order.,
I live in Austin, Tx,. And wasn’t sure who to use. I saw the website for Spedales , and all the great reviews, and decided to call them. I actually got to speak to a person that worked in the flower shop. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. They took my order, and within two hours , my niece received her flowers. She told me that the flowers were beautiful, and that they had made her day. I was so happy, that I ordered the same bouquet for my mom.

I live out of town and My Aunt gave my Husband and I wedding .My Aunt picked out everything from Church venue and FLOWERS.Ms Sandy at Spedale's is wonderful to work with .My Aunt told her what we wanted and she did exactly what we asked for .The flowers were gorgeous elegant and beautiful. With the approaching Hurricane Barry and my aunts 84th birthday on Saturday, my cousin recommended this florist. I placed my order late Thursday night and it was delivered by 11 am the next day! I was expecting a delay due to the hurricane but they made sure it arrived and I hear the flowers were beautiful! I highly recommend this florist!

Impeccable customer service! I ordered from Sydney, Australia and i first sent the home address but found out the person I was giving it too was in hospital. I didn’t have the hospital room number of the receiver. They went out of their effort to contact the hospital to deliver the gift. Such a touching and personal experience! With the Timezone difference giving a barrier to any communication they took it into their hands and she is thrilled by the gift. I was also super excited about the get well flower pot being so cheerful and colourful! It was perfect and I have never seen something like this where I live. Thank you again to the team for your amazing efforts! Hope to order from you again one day.
